The EndFirst Method is the methodology behind my communication coaching and Strategic Storytelling programmes: a structured way of thinking through what you want someone to do, feel, or decide — then building the message backwards from there. Free from unnecessary detail. It's been delivered at scale to global teams across pharma, energy and tech.
Rather than one-size-fits-all content, the method can be built as adaptive learning: each person's path adjusts to their role, experience, and the specific communication challenges they face — so a global team gets consistent grounding without everyone sitting through the same fixed course.
